• Fresh bread service: Fresh bread rolls in the morning for an additional charge (bookable on site)
• Dogs: We accept dogs on the condition that they are absolutely clean and quiet. However, no access to the outdoor pool or garden. We charge a daily rate of € 15.00 (without food).
• Final cleaning: € 40.00. For bookings with half board, daily cleaning is included.
• Additional person: from the 3rd person we charge € 20.00 per day. Excluding small children who sleep in the parents' bed. We provide baby cots free of charge.
• Bathrobe: € 6.00 rental fee
• Pool and sauna towels: € 5.00 rental fee
• Local tax: € 3.30 per person per day (from 14 years)

• Panoramic outdoor pool (heated) with sunbathing lawn, sunshades, and deck chairs
• Wellness area at Michael am Waal: sauna, steam sauna, Sensory Sky Shower, indoor whirlpool, outdoor hot whirlpool, wellness lounge with cozy chaise lounges, tea buffet and fresh spring water, panoramic garden loggia
• The intermediate cleaning every 2-3 days is included free of charge in our apartments.
• Laundry, electricity, and heating as well as Wi-Fi are included in the price.
• Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna: use all public transport in South Tyrol with one card. Valid for the entire stay, including arrival and departure day.

As a guest at Michael am Waal, you can take advantage of the catering from the neighboring Hotel Alpenrose (80m away). The half-board includes:

• Rich breakfast buffet with homemade jams, various types of bread, sausage and cheese corner, muesli and dairy products, coffee and tea...
• Daily 4-course gourmet menu with dishes from the alpine-Mediterranean cuisine and salad buffet
• Weekly gala, pasta, or dessert buffet
• Aperitif on Sunday evening in good weather on the terrace

Meal surcharge
No reservation is required for the breakfast buffet, and the 4-course dinner menu can be reserved daily on-site until 4 PM.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date
• 20 days before arrival 50% of the room price
• 10 days before arrival 85% of the room price
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the room price

You can pay with EC card, Visa, MasterCard. We offer a 1% discount for cash payments.
